Joy Chauhan comes to Enormous with over 25 years of experience in the advertising industry. He previously served as Managing Partner (North) and Chief Client Officer at JWT/Wunderman Thompson (now VML), where he led the agency’s North office, handling major global and Indian brands like PepsiCo, Nestlé, GSK, Hero MotoCorp, and more. Before that, Chauhan was the head of JWT’s Sri Lanka operations and JWT South India. He has also worked at McCann and Grey Worldwide, gaining deep expertise across a range of industries, from automobiles to chocolates.
As Fractional CMO at Enormous, Chauhan will play a key role in helping the agency support clients’ growth and business objectives. His extensive experience and strategic mindset will allow him to provide fresh insights and solutions for today’s complex business challenges.
Ashish Khazanchi, Managing Partner at Enormous, expressed his excitement about Chauhan’s appointment, saying, “With brands needing more than ever to stand out in today’s crowded marketplace, Joy’s wealth of experience brings a new dimension to our work. His leadership will be crucial as we guide brands through the challenges of today’s fragmented market.”
Chauhan shared his enthusiasm about joining Enormous, noting that after over two decades with major network agencies, he was eager to contribute to an independent setup. “Enormous is at the forefront of India’s advertising landscape, and it’s the perfect time for independent agencies to thrive. I’m excited to be part of their next chapter.”
This appointment comes as Enormous celebrates eleven years of creative success, marking a decade of innovative work and major milestones. With Chauhan now on board, Enormous is poised to continue its growth and deepen its impact on clients, offering even more strategic and creative support.
