Dentsu Creative India has announced the appointment of Abhijat Bharadwaj as the Chief Creative Officer (CCO) of Dentsu Creative Isobar.

Bharadwaj’s appointment highlights Dentsu Creative Isobar’s dedication to crafting compelling brand experiences driven by creativity in today’s digital-first, multi-platform landscape. Bharadwaj will co-report to Amit Wadhwa, CEO of Dentsu Creative India, and Sahil Shah, President of Dentsu Creative Isobar. He will work closely with the leadership team to advance the agency’s creative agenda. He will focus on strengthening the creative prowess and exceptional talent pool that Dentsu Creative Isobar has built over the years, collaborating with numerous iconic Indian and global brands.

With a deep, digital-first mindset, this creative focus will empower brands to navigate the complexities of the modern era through non-linear journeys in a creatively impactful way. It will also reinforce Dentsu Creative India’s leadership in transformative creativity, solidifying its market position.

With over 17 years of advertising experience, Bharadwaj has led successful campaigns for prominent brands such as Star Sports, Swiggy, AM/NS, Mercedes-Benz, and Godrej. He has spearheaded iconic campaigns like ‘Netflix for All,’ Bhuvan Bam’s Pizza Hut campaign, and the groundbreaking ‘Yeh Diwali Football Wali’ campaign for the Indian Super League. Notably, he was the creative force behind the celebrated ‘Teen Ka Dream’ Adidas World Cup campaign. Bharadwaj’s career includes roles at top agencies like Leo Burnett, McCann, and Creativeland Asia. He also led the premium sports vertical at Star Sports, promoting football, tennis, and F1 culture in India. Known for his relentless pursuit of creative excellence, Bharadwaj combines strategic thinking with boundless enthusiasm in his new role.
