Attivo Group, which owns several well-known agencies like 303 MullenLowe, Mediahub, and Tonic Communications, has appointed Anthony Gregorio as the new Executive Chairman for Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). This new role comes as Attivo continues to grow and expand its presence in the region.
Anthony Gregorio brings more than 30 years of experience in the advertising industry. He has held leadership positions at top agencies such as Saatchi & Saatchi Australia and Havas Creative Group ANZ. Most recently, he was a partner at Tumbleturn Marketing Advisory. Over his career, Gregorio has successfully built and reinvented agencies, making him a valuable addition to Attivo’s leadership team.
In his new role, Gregorio will work closely with Attivo’s leadership team, including Sue Squillace, CEO of Attivo ANZ and Mediahub ANZ, and John Rizoski, COO of Attivo Group ANZ. Together, they will focus on driving growth across the group’s agencies in Australia and New Zealand, including Mediahub, 303 MullenLowe, Tonic, Farrimond, and Gorilla.
Gregorio’s appointment also allows Cam Murchison, Global CEO of Attivo, to focus more on global expansion and acquisitions, particularly after recent growth in the U.S. Murchison expressed excitement about Gregorio joining the team, noting his client-focused approach and marketing consultancy experience will greatly benefit the company and its clients.
Gregorio is excited to return to agency work, where he feels most passionate. He expressed admiration for the team at Attivo and the independent, entrepreneurial culture they have built. The new role offers him the chance to combine his experience in agency growth with the strategic insights he gained from consulting, helping Attivo’s agencies grow and succeed in the market.
This leadership change is a part of Attivo’s ongoing commitment to strengthening its regional leadership team, with a focus on supporting individual agency brands while fostering collaboration and shared services across the group. With a solid team in place, Attivo is well-positioned to continue its success and expansion in ANZ and beyond.
