Bringing over 17 years of experience in advertising and marketing, Mehra has worked across diverse sectors, including food, beverage, fashion, sports, real estate, and politics.
Over the past decade, Mehra has led key portfolios for PepsiCo Foods through his roles in top advertising agencies. He has been instrumental in shaping brand strategies for iconic products such as Lay’s and Quaker, driving integrated campaigns, innovation initiatives, and digital transformation. His expertise combines strategic insight, creative leadership, and a deep understanding of client relationships, making him well-suited to elevate FCB NEO’s capabilities.
Before joining FCB NEO, Mehra held senior positions at agencies including Leo Burnett India, Wunderman Thompson, Dentsu, Saatchi & Saatchi, and J. Walter Thompson, managing portfolios for brands like Kurkure, Tropicana, Tata Gluco Plus, Delhi Daredevils, Vega, and the Indian National Congress. His campaigns have contributed to multiple award-winning efforts, including Cannes Lions recognition for sustainability-driven initiatives and brand innovation.
