What You Need to Know Before You Submit:
Before you submit your program proposal, be sure to read the Program Proposal Guide for full details on content guidelines, program formats, and tips to make your proposal stand out.
Ground Rules to Keep in Mind:
- Language: All presentations must be delivered in English.
- Live Presentations Only: Selected speakers must travel to Pattaya in person to present. Virtual presentations are not accepted.
- No Speaker Fees: ADFEST does not provide speaker fees, accommodation, or travel expenses (including airfare or ground transportation). Be sure to account for travel and accommodation costs in your proposal.
- Complimentary Passes: ADFEST offers full 3-day complimentary passes only for selected speakers. Unfortunately, no passes are provided for accompanying personnel.
- Limited Slots: Speaker sessions and workshops are highly competitive, and submission does not guarantee selection. Make sure your proposal is top-notch to stand out.
- Confirm Your Slot: If your proposal is selected, you must confirm your participation within one week of being notified. Failure to respond will result in forfeiting the slot.
