MAD STARS 2024 Reveals Full Speaker Lineup, Focuses on AI in Marketing

MAD STARS 2024 has meticulously crafted a three-day festival of conferences and discussions, bringing together some of the brightest minds in the global industry. These sessions will dive into the most crucial themes—AI, Innovation, and Inspiration—offering valuable insights and actionable tips for thriving in an evolving industry.

One of the festival’s most anticipated sessions is “The Conversation with the Executive Jury,” which will feature four industry leaders: Joji Jacob, Regional Chief Creative Officer at Havas; Emma de la Fosse, Chief Creative Officer at Edelman UK; Matt MacDonald, Chief Creative Officer at BBDO New York; and Suzana Apelbaum, Head of Creative and Innovation at Google. Moderated by Sangsoo Chong, Vice Chairperson of the MAD STARS Organising Committee, this candid discussion will explore the influence of advertising in shaping the world. The jury will also share their perspectives on evaluating and selecting the top works at MAD STARS 2024, and discuss the current and future state of the advertising industry, including the challenges and opportunities ahead.

This session offers a rare opportunity to learn from top experts and be inspired by their vision. Given this year’s theme, AIM: Marketing Success with AI, artificial intelligence will naturally be a significant focus of the discussion, as it has become integral to many aspects of advertising and marketing. AI’s growing role as a tool and ally to human creativity will be highlighted across various speaker sessions, providing insights into its evolving potential.

A key feature of the festival is the AI series, designed to answer burning questions and showcase the groundbreaking capabilities AI brings to the table. These sessions will equip creators with an edge, offer innovators new possibilities, and give bold idea-makers the confidence to excel on the global stage.

The AI series includes two keynote sessions: Fernando Machado’s “How Artificial Intelligence and Creativity Can Fuel Innovation,” and Aeri Park’s “The Era of AI-Driven Marketing Creativity.”
