POP5 Wins Grand Prix at MAD STARS 2025 for Innovative “Plot Farming” Campaign

In a landmark achievement for Bangladesh’s advertising industry, POP5, a Dhaka-based full-service creative agency founded just nine months ago, has made waves at MAD STARS 2025, one of the world’s premier advertising festivals. The agency clinched the coveted Grand Prix in the SDG: Sustainable Cities category for its innovative “Plot Farming” campaign, alongside a Gold in the SDG: No Poverty category. POP5 also garnered a Silver, Bronze, and two Crystal awards, marking an extraordinary sweep for a young agency.

Under the leadership of Chief Creative Officer Akrum Hossain, POP5 has quickly established itself as a creative powerhouse. The agency’s “Plot Farming” initiative transforms unused urban housing plots into productive urban farmlands, addressing critical issues like urban space utilization, food security, and sustainable city development.
