Publicis Groupe Japan is making exciting moves to enhance its creative team by appointing two industry-leading figures: Ryutaro Seki as Executive Creative Director and Naho Manabe as Group Creative Director. Both will report to Erick Rosa, Chief Creative Officer of Publicis Groupe Japan.
Ryutaro Seki brings over 20 years of creative experience from cities like Tokyo, New York, and Bangkok. He is well-known for his work at Google, where he played a pivotal role in integrating advanced technology into digital business solutions. Ryutaro’s appointment aligns perfectly with Publicis Groupe Japan’s strategy to expand its digital, data, and technology capabilities while maintaining high standards of creativity.

Naho Manabe has an impressive 20-year career at Hakuhodo Inc. Tokyo, where she worked with a wide range of international brands. Starting as a copywriter, she rose through the ranks to become Global Creative Director. Naho has earned recognition at major awards like Cannes Lions and The One Show for her creative excellence. In addition to her agency work, she is an author, startup advisor, and has launched training platforms.
