TBWA\Sydney has welcomed Matt Keon as its new Chief Creative Officer (CCO), completing the agency’s refreshed leadership team. He joins Elektra O’Malley (Managing Director) and Michael Hogg (Chief Strategy Officer), along with newly appointed Josh Taylor Dadds (Head of Strategy), who came from Special New Zealand.
Matt brings years of experience from top creative agencies like BMF Australia, Saatchi & Saatchi Singapore, and Fallon London. He’s known for award-winning work, having received a BAFTA, a Guinness World Record, Paul Arden Awards, and multiple Cannes Lions.
He also co-founded 18 Feet & Rising, one of the UK’s fastest-growing independent agencies, and later sold part of it to Creston Group PLC. Outside advertising, Matt has worked with fast-growing companies in sectors like healthcare, AI, and genomics, both in the UK and the US.
Matt said he’s excited to join TBWA and work with a talented team. He’s especially happy to reunite with his former Fallon colleague Michael Hogg and praised Elektra O’Malley’s sharp business insight.
“We are aligned and focused on creating big ideas for our clients. Watch this space,” said Matt.
TBWA’s leadership team now brings global experience, fresh thinking, and creative power under the leadership of Paul Bradbury, CEO of TBWA Australia and New Zealand.
“Matt lives at the intersection of creativity, innovation, and science. His portfolio and vision truly impressed us,” said Bradbury.
“With our new leadership in place, we’re already working on exciting new projects.”
