Four of the creative industry’s most accomplished professionals have joined forces to launch Princess – A Creative Company, a new Australian creative agency dedicated to helping brands break their categories or create entirely new ones to uncover unique growth opportunities.
The company is founded by creative partners Beth O’Brien, Sam Dickson, and Cameron Bell, alongside managing director Jonny Berger. Departing from the traditional creative agency model, Princess is launched with three creative founders at the helm, allowing the team to deliver bold, innovative ideas at speed while maintaining world-class creative standards.
“The common thread in all the work we loved making—original, emotional, and effective—was that it broke the category it lived in,” says Sam Dickson. “To us, that’s the key. Difference is the only way forward. If you stick to that, you create work that makes everything else feel out of date.”
The founders bring decades of experience working with both major Australian and international brands, including Tourism Australia, Samsung, NRMA, Telstra, SBS, CUB/Asahi, DB Export, and Tate Galleries. Over the course of their careers, they have contributed to a wide range of creative agencies, such as Droga5 New York, The Monkeys, CHEP Network, Clemenger BBDO, Colenso, R/GA, and M+C Saatchi.
Princess has already launched with several foundation clients, including leading superannuation fund MLC, demonstrating the agency’s ability to combine creative vision with tangible business results.
The founders’ collective work has earned some of the industry’s highest accolades, including Dan Weiden Titanium Grand Prix, Global Grand Effie, Black Pencil, and multiple Grand Prix awards. More importantly, their campaigns have consistently delivered the kind of measurable business growth that only world-class creativity can achieve.
Jonny Berger adds, “With three creative founders, we can provide our clients with brilliant ideas and groundbreaking work, fast.”
Beth O’Brien explains, “Calling ourselves a creative company isn’t just semantics. We chose it because we work in any format, any medium, anywhere a creative solution is needed—from a film to a product, or something the world has never seen before.”
Princess positions itself as a flexible, forward-thinking creative partner that challenges conventions, delivering work that not only stands out but also drives meaningful results for clients.
