ELLIE BROCKLEHURST JOINS TBWA AS CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER FOR ASIA

TBWA, renowned for its disruptive approach to marketing and advertising, has appointed Ellie Brocklehurst to the newly created role of Chief Marketing Officer for Asia. In this pivotal position, Brocklehurst will play a key role in elevating the agency’s branding, communications, and marketing efforts across the region.

Brocklehurst brings a wealth of experience to her new role, having most recently served as the Head of Growth Marketing at Wunderman Thompson/VML. During her tenure, she spearheaded growth marketing and communications initiatives across Asia, driving lead-generation efforts, organizing client events, managing media relations, and shaping thought leadership strategies. Her expertise also extended to collaborating with in-market leaders and client teams to identify growth opportunities with APAC’s top clients.

Prior to her role at Wunderman Thompson/VML, Brocklehurst served as the Regional Communications Lead for BBDO, where she managed both internal and external communications for the Asia region. Her contributions were instrumental in supporting regional clients’ content efforts, including prominent accounts such as AIA and Hilton.

With over 13 years of experience in leading PR and marketing agencies, with nearly a decade spent in Singapore, Brocklehurst brings a deep understanding of the nuances of each market in the region. Her ability to leverage this knowledge, coupled with her expertise in growth marketing and communications, positions her as a valuable addition to TBWA’s regional leadership team.
