Caroline Parkes, currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer at Rapp UK and Chair of The Direct Marketing Awards Committee, is set to lead Wonderhood Studios’ new initiative in customer experience and relationship management. Joining forces with Jessica Lovell, Aidan McClure, and Alex Best in September, Caroline will spearhead the creative agency’s expansion into CX strategy, complementing its existing strengths in advertising, data insight, social content, and premium television.

With a career marked by award-winning strategic leadership across retail, telecoms, financial services, and FMCG sectors, Caroline brings extensive expertise in delivering effective and innovative customer experiences. Her appointment underscores Wonderhood’s commitment to enhancing brand storytelling in an evolving digital landscape.
