Ganga Chirravuri and Matt Farrington Step into Leadership Roles at Dentsu APAC

Dentsu has announced the appointment of Ganga Chirravuri as President, Product & Development, APAC, and Matt Farrington as President, Investment & Trading, APAC. These strategic moves highlight Dentsu’s ongoing commitment to driving innovation and growth through enhanced client solutions across the APAC region.

Ganga Chirravuri, who joined Dentsu in March 2023, has been pivotal in delivering a revamped and holistic product stack that enhances the company’s competitive edge. With nearly 25 years of expertise in product management and technology development, Chirravuri brings unparalleled knowledge of media and customer platforms to his new role.

In his new position, Chirravuri will continue to spearhead the strategic development of Dentsu’s digital and data product portfolios. He will lead a team of skilled engineers to create scalable and customizable solutions tailored to client and market needs, enhancing the performance of client advertising investments.

Before joining Dentsu, Chirravuri gained extensive experience in software and product technology with roles at Verizon, Shopmatic as Chief Product Officer, and CtrlShift as Chief Technology Officer. He was recognized as one of the top 50 CIOs in ASEAN by CIO publication in 2019 and was noted for his work with thriving startups in Southeast Asia.

Matt Farrington brings over 20 years of experience in modern and emerging media ecosystems to his new role at Dentsu. Having held leadership positions at GroupM, Omnicom, and most recently Yahoo as Head of Partnerships & Investment, APAC, Farrington has a strong background in investment strategy and partnership development.

As President, Investment & Trading, APAC, Farrington will focus on creating high-quality media investment solutions that deliver sustainable value for clients. His role will involve building leading capabilities within Dentsu’s agency disciplines and strengthening relationships with key partners.

Both Chirravuri and Farrington will be based in Singapore, and their new roles are effective immediately.
