Yuliani Setiadi Takes on New Role as Edelman’s Southeast Asia Head of Digital in Singapore

Yuliani Setiadi, Edelman’s former Head of Digital for Hong Kong and Taiwan, has been appointed to a new role as Head of Digital for Southeast Asia (SEA). Based in Singapore, Setiadi will spearhead Edelman’s digital strategy across the SEA region, delivering innovative solutions that build trust and foster long-term growth for the firm’s clients. In her new position, she will continue to report to Jamshed Wadia, Vice Chair of Digital for Edelman Asia Pacific.

Jamshed Wadia commented on Setiadi’s appointment: “Yuliani’s ability to integrate trust into every aspect of her work is what sets her apart. Her expertise spans digital and integrated marketing across various industries, including consumer goods, retail, automotive, B2B, and healthcare. Her creative and human-centric approach, combined with her regional experience, will be pivotal as we expand our digital capabilities in Southeast Asia.”

Setiadi’s 18-year career has seen her work in both Asia and the Netherlands, excelling in brand planning, digital, and integrated marketing. Before joining Edelman in 2022, she held senior leadership roles at Ogilvy, where she led key client relationships and expanded the agency’s digital offerings in Indonesia and Hong Kong. Her accomplishments in the industry were recognized when she was named one of Campaign Asia’s “Top 40 Under 40” in 2017.

In her previous role as Head of Digital for Edelman in Hong Kong and Taiwan, Setiadi showcased her commitment to blending creativity with data-driven insights, forging impactful relationships between brands and their audiences. In her new SEA role, she plans to emphasize a holistic approach to digital transformation, ensuring that digital strategies elevate the trust consumers have in brands.
