Kingdom Digital Appoints Pajaree Vatcharateansagul as New Head of Media to Lead Growth Strategy

Kingdom Digital, one of Southeast Asia’s leading digital creative agencies, has announced the appointment of Pajaree Vatcharateansagul, widely known as Mynd, as its new Head of Media. This strategic move reinforces the agency’s commitment to integrated, full-funnel marketing and strengthens its capabilities across the region.

With over eight years of experience spanning integrated media strategy, digital transformation, and regional campaign leadership, Mynd brings a unique blend of strategic vision, hands-on media expertise, and regional insights. She will oversee Kingdom Digital’s media strategy planning, ad optimisation, and performance marketing efforts, while also enhancing cross-channel delivery for a diverse portfolio of clients across Southeast Asia.

Kingdom Digital CEO Ryan Ong said,
“Mynd brings the perfect balance of strategic thinking, regional perspective, and hands-on media experience. Her leadership comes at a time when our clients are seeking smarter, full-funnel solutions that combine creative excellence with media precision. Her arrival reinforces our commitment to delivering all that and more.”

The appointment reflects a growing shift in client expectations. Today, more brands want their agencies to act as growth partners, not just campaign partners. They are looking for closer alignment between creative and media, proactive performance recommendations, and the agility to respond to changing consumer behavior, competitive pressures, and evolving platform algorithms.

Mynd’s career trajectory positions her perfectly for this role. She has led integrated media strategies for major brands across F&B, FMCG, automotive, and lifestyle sectors in the APAC region, consistently driving measurable business outcomes through digital innovation.

Speaking on her new role, Mynd said,
“I’m excited to join an agency that truly understands the power of integrated thinking. Kingdom Digital has already made a name for its creative work — now we can take that further by embedding media intelligence into every stage of the brand journey. Together, we’ll make creative work not just harder, but smarter.”

Her focus will be on bridging the gap between media strategy and creative execution, leveraging scalable creative production to ensure content resonates with audiences at every stage of the funnel. She added,
“With Kingdom Digital’s Digital Creative Automation (DCA), we can rapidly adapt creative to platform formats, funnel stages, and user mindsets — creating the right content for the right audience at the right moment.”

Looking ahead, Mynd will strengthen full-funnel strategies, refine campaign measurement frameworks, and build a fast, data-informed, and regionally agile media function. She emphasized that performance-driven media in 2025 will be defined by adaptability, automation, and intelligence, with success coming from continuous learning, responsiveness to data, and seamless alignment of creativity and performance.

As Kingdom Digital accelerates its presence across Southeast Asia, the agency is positioning itself to scale smarter, faster, and further, combining creative excellence with media precision and performance-led thinking to deliver measurable impact for clients.
