adam&eveDDB London Appoints New Creative and Planning Chiefs

Today, adam&eveDDB London has announced some exciting leadership changes, promoting Ant Nelson and Mike Sutherland to Chief Creative Officers, while Will Grundy steps up to become Chief Strategy Officer.

Ant and Mike have been with the agency since 2017, starting as Deputy Creative Directors and quickly moving up to Executive Creative Directors. They have created award-winning campaigns for top brands like CALM, John Lewis, Volkswagen, Marmite, and PlayStation. Together, they will now lead the agency’s 40-strong creative team and oversee all creative work.

Will, who has been with adam&eveDDB for nearly 14 years, is taking on the role of Chief Strategy Officer. His strategic leadership has played a big role in the agency’s success with clients like Disney, Google, and Marmite. Under Will’s guidance, the agency has been recognized with prestigious awards like APG Strategy Agency of the Year for four consecutive years and IPA’s Effectiveness Company of the Year in 2022 and 2024.

Miranda Hipwell, CEO of adam&eveDDB, expressed her excitement about the new appointments, praising Ant, Mike, and Will for their exceptional talent and leadership.
