Adrián Flores leaves Clemenger BBDO after a short tenure as Chief Creative Officer

Adrián Flores, the Chief Creative Officer at Clemenger BBDO, has left the agency after less than a year in the role. His departure was confirmed by a Clemenger Group spokesperson, who praised his positive impact on the agency’s work and the creative team’s structure.

Flores joined the agency in May 2024, following a decade of leadership roles in creative agencies in New York and London. During his time at Clemenger BBDO, he contributed to key campaigns for clients, including Carlton & United Breweries and Vodka Cruiser.

His exit comes as the agency prepares to merge with CHEP Network and activation agency Traffik at the end of March 2025. A new unified executive leadership team for the merged Clemenger agency will be announced soon.

Flores’ departure follows the recent exit of CEO Dani Bassil, who left after two years leading the agency. The upcoming merger and leadership changes are part of Clemenger BBDO’s restructuring efforts to adapt to new industry dynamics.
