Monday, November 10, 2025 – Born Creators has announced the appointment of Fadi Saad as Chief Growth Officer for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), a strategic move that reinforces the Group’s expansion and growth ambitions across the region’s fast-evolving communications landscape.
With over three decades of leadership experience, Fadi Saad is a well-rounded industry leader who has built his career within global agency networks under WPP and Omnicom Holdings, driving transformation and growth for clients across Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region. His expertise spans network management, strategy, business acceleration, reputation management, marketing, communications, and strategic business advisory, enabling both private and public sector institutions to elevate their performance, optimize their brand equity, and reach new milestones.
Throughout his career, Fadi has been recognized for his solution-driven approach, always putting clients’ brands and business performance at the forefront. His advisory and consulting acumen have supported ministries, authorities, corporates, and SMEs in achieving actionable, result-oriented growth grounded in insight, creativity, and business impact.

Fadi holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA), as well as a BA in Economics, both from the American University of Beirut (A.U.B.); He completed a Diploma in Design Thinking from the MIT Sloan School of Management too. Beyond his executive roles, he serves on several boards, contributing to advancing marketing excellence and strategic communication in the region.
He is also the creator of “Shocktherapy Marketing”, a proprietary methodology registered with the U.S. State Department of Copyrights, which blends behavioral insight and creative disruption to reenergize brands and businesses facing stagnation or decline.
