DBS/POSB unveils limited-edition orange home scent to bring prosperity for the Lunar New Year

DBS/POSB, one of Singapore’s most trusted banks, has launched a new limited-edition home scent in celebration of Lunar New Year. The fragrance, called “ABUNDANCE,” is inspired by the mandarin orange, a symbol of prosperity during the festive season.

Created in partnership with The Secret Little Agency (TSLA), this home scent blends fresh, bright notes of bergamot and cool water with a warm, inviting musk, finishing with the sweet, familiar fragrance of oranges. This scent was designed to reflect the spirit of sharing good fortune, a key tradition of Lunar New Year.

DBS/POSB is giving away 4,500 bottles of the ABUNDANCE Home Scent to customers who share a minimum of $8 via QR Ang Bao or eGift on PayLah! at designated activation points across Singapore, including Our Tampines Hub and Gardens by the Bay. The giveaway is part of the bank’s effort to promote digital gifting during the Lunar New Year.

This follows last year’s success with the “HUAT” Eau De Parfum, which was also linked to the bank’s digital gifting initiatives. “We are excited to offer our customers the scent of ABUNDANCE, a fragrance that brings prosperity and warmth into their homes,” said Lim Bee Bee, Head of Marketing at DBS Singapore.

The fragrance was created in collaboration with perfume laboratory Oo La Lab, ensuring the perfect balance of inviting, festive notes. The launch of ABUNDANCE is just one of the ways DBS/POSB is enhancing the digital gifting experience for its customers.
