Edelman Singapore Appoints Daniel Ko as Executive Creative Director

Edelman Singapore has announced the appointment of Daniel Ko as its new Executive Creative Director. Ko joins the Singapore leadership team reporting to CEO Julia Wei and will collaborate closely with APAC Chief Creative Officer Tim Green to lead the regional creative initiatives.

Tim Green highlighted Ko’s extensive creative background, emphasizing his ability to blend storytelling, branding, and business transformation—a crucial skillset in today’s landscape of trust and audience engagement challenges.

“We are excited to have Daniel on board at Edelman as we continue to harness the power of earned creativity to drive impactful change,” stated Green.

With over two decades of experience, Ko most recently served as Creative Director at Accenture Song, where he spearheaded integrated campaigns addressing diverse business challenges across advertising, branding, digital, PR, and marketing strategy.

Ko’s career includes significant roles such as Group Creative Director at 72 and Sunny, Creative Director at The Secret Little Agency, and Creative Group Head at iris Worldwide. He has also made notable contributions to agencies like BBH, DDB, and Publicis.

Expressing his enthusiasm for joining Edelman Singapore, Ko remarked, “I am thrilled to contribute to Edelman’s innovative growth trajectory.
