TBWA\Group Singapore has promoted Mandy Wong to Chief Executive Officer, elevating her from her role as President, which she has held since 2022. Her appointment recognizes her long-standing contributions to the agency, her leadership in driving sustained growth, fostering creative excellence, and maintaining organisational stability amid a period of global industry transformation.
With over two decades at TBWA, Wong has played a pivotal role in shaping the agency’s strategic direction and building trusted client partnerships. During her tenure as President, she accelerated the agency’s growth, securing major new business wins including Mandai Wildlife Group and the Health Promotion Board, while strengthening relationships with long-term clients such as Singapore Airlines and Spotify.
As CEO, Wong will oversee TBWA\Group Singapore’s overall business strategy and operations, continuing to champion the agency’s Disruption philosophy across strategy, creativity, innovation, and client-business impact.
Her promotion comes amid a broader Omnicom network realignment in Singapore, where the creative portfolio will be streamlined into two networks, TBWA and McCann. As part of this alignment, talent from DDB will integrate into TBWA\Group Singapore under Wong’s leadership, joining TBWA and BBDO to further enhance the agency’s creative capabilities and talent depth.
Sean Donovan, President of Omnicom Advertising Asia, commented, “Mandy has been instrumental in shaping TBWA\Singapore into the agency it is today. Her leadership, clarity of vision, and deep understanding of both our clients and our people make her the right person to lead the agency into its next chapter.”
Reflecting on her new role, Wong said, “It’s a privilege to step into the role of CEO during a time of fundamental change in our industry. My focus is on leading with intention, strengthening collaboration across the group, supporting our people through transition, and ensuring we continue to deliver work that is both relevant and meaningful for our clients.”
