MRM UK appoints James Thorley as new Executive Creative Director

MRM UK, a leading digital marketing agency specializing in CRM, customer experience (CX), and creative commerce, has announced the promotion of James Thorley to Executive Creative Director (ECD). This change is effective immediately.

With over 20 years of experience in the industry, James brings expertise in both B2C and B2B sectors. He has worked with high-profile clients such as Microsoft, EasyJet, Macmillan Cancer Support, and Mitsubishi Electric, delivering outstanding creative work. Before his promotion, James served as the Group Creative Director at MRM UK.

As ECD, James will now lead MRM UK’s creative department, overseeing teams in areas such as concept development, copywriting, design, and motion graphics. He expressed his excitement about this new role, saying, “It’s an exciting time at MRM. We have the talent. We have the craft. And we have the ambition.
