Ogilvy Philippines Welcomes Chino Jayme, Noah Valdez, and Dino Ocampo as New Executive Creative Directors

Ogilvy Philippines has announced the appointment of Chino Jayme, Noah Valdez, and Dino Ocampo as Executive Creative Directors, a move set to invigorate the agency’s creative strategy.

The new leadership trio will guide a talented and award-winning team across Ogilvy Group’s diverse divisions in the Philippines, including Ogilvy Advertising, Ogilvy One, Ogilvy Public Relations, Bates CHI & Partners, Soho Square, and Pulse Communications. They will oversee a broad spectrum of services, from Advertising and Brand Content to PR & Influence and Health.

Their collective approach emphasizes that breakthrough ideas can arise from any level within the agency, challenging traditional hierarchical structures. As ECDs, Jayme, Valdez, and Ocampo are dedicated to cultivating a creative environment where innovation is boundless.

Jayme, an acclaimed creative leader with a track record of excellence, has been twice named the #3 Creative Director in the Philippines by Adobo Magazine (2016, 2018) and was awarded Copywriter of the Year in 2016. His work has garnered prestigious accolades from Cannes Lions, D&AD, The One Show, and other renowned festivals.

Valdez, who has been instrumental in leading Bates CHI & Partners as both Managing Partner and ECD, brings a wealth of experience from his 16-year tenure. His leadership has been pivotal in developing impactful campaigns, including the award-winning Maya Launch campaign. As Group ECD, he will now extend his influence across various industries.

Ocampo, with 20 years in the industry, is recognized for his contributions to advertising, direct marketing, and digital media. His portfolio includes honors from Cannes Lions, Spikes Asia, and the Asia Pacific Advertising Festival, reflecting his significant impact on the industry.
