NEW YORK, November 2025 — The One Club for Creativity announced seven creatives in APAC who are among this year’s Portfolio Night All-Stars, the top young creatives as selected by industry professionals from each of the city hosts around the world who participated in its recent Portfolio Night 2025.
Established in 2003, Portfolio Night is recognized as the world’s largest advertising portfolio review program. This fast-paced evening of advice, networking, and recruitment takes place in dozens of cities around the world on or near the same date to help the next generation of creative talent entering the industry.
A highlight of this one-of-a-kind program is Portfolio Night All-Stars, where industry professionals from each host city select young creatives in their market with the best portfolios.
Google is the exclusive global sponsor of this year’s edition of Portfolio Night, and will also provide and evaluate the Portfolio Night All-Stars brief.
The 2025 Portfolio Night All-Stars based in the region, and the city hosts, are:
- Auckland: Ellie Williams, art director (hosted by Droga5)
- Jakarta: Elva Gracia, art director (hosted by Publicis Groupe)
- Kathmandu: Swarnima Shrestha, art director, graphic designer, illustrator (hosted by Storm Communications Kathmandu)
- Manila: Louise Pearce, multimedia designer, illustrator, printmaker (hosted by Adobo Magazine)
- Mumbai: Sumit Kumar, art director, graphic designer (hosted by BBDO India, DDB Mudra Group, and TBWA India)
- Pan-India: Kareena Bathija, graphic designer, illustrator, strategy (hosted by BBDO India, DDB Mudra Group, and TBWA India)
- Singapore: Kien (Trung) Nguyen, copywriter (hosted by LEO Singapore)

The All-Stars will work in global teams on a brief from Google, and attend virtual seminars and recruiting sessions. At the end of the week, each team will present their pitch to a panel including representatives from Google.
Grand Prize winning Portfolio Night All-Stars will be flown to New York by The One Club for Creative Week 2026, and get complimentary tickets to attend The One Show, ADC 105th Annual Awards, Young Ones Student Awards, Type Directors Club competition events, and more.
Since starting 22 years ago, Portfolio Night has taken place in 70 cities across 45 countries, with more than 13,000 portfolios reviewed.
It is an important event in advertising because it serves as the gateway for young talent to enter the industry or find a new job, enabling the best of the present — hundreds of renowned international creative directors — to meet and mentor the leaders of the future in industry hubs around the world.
Portfolio Night has also become a crucial tool for agencies in recruiting top young talent, providing a platform for recognition from local industry peers, and giving agencies a place on the global stage as the ad world tunes in to this one-of-a-kind event.
Branding for Portfolio Night 2025 was created by 2022 Young Guns Winner, Ana Miminoshvili represented by Glasshouse Artists in North America.
