Virtue APAC Strengthens Creative and Strategic Teams with the Addition of Clive Sin and Marie Lee

VIRTUE APAC has significantly strengthened its creative and strategic capabilities with the appointment of Clive Sin as Senior Content Creator and Marie Lee as Senior Strategist. Both bring a wealth of experience that will enhance the agency’s ability to deliver culturally impactful and innovative work.

Clive Sin, formerly with RAPP Singapore, joins VIRTUE with a rich background in creative development, content creation, and production. His previous roles at Studio 155, Socialyse, and Havas have equipped him with a diverse skill set that will be invaluable in his new role. At VIRTUE, Sin will be instrumental in the agency’s content and entertainment studio, overseeing end-to-end processes including strategy, creative development, production, and measurement. His focus will be on creating high-quality, engaging content that aligns with VIRTUE’s entertainment-driven approach and contributes to the agency’s growth.

Marie Lee arrives at VIRTUE from VaynerMedia, where she held a senior strategy position for over two years. With a strong background in documentary research and experience at Culture Group, Lee has developed expertise in cultural prediction, strategy, and social insights. At VIRTUE, she will lead strategy for the global social retainer of the prestigious beauty brand Clé de Peau Beauté and enhance the agency’s capabilities in cultural foresight and prediction. Her role will involve identifying cultural networks and communities for brand growth, and providing deeper insights into cultural trends and contexts.

Lesley John, Managing Director at VIRTUE APAC, commented on the new appointments: “We take pride in attracting talent that pushes boundaries and challenges conventional norms. Clive and Marie exemplify the new generation of creatives and strategists reshaping our industry. Their unique perspectives and innovative approaches will significantly elevate our ability to produce culturally relevant and impactful work.”

Both Clive Sin and Marie Lee are enthusiastic about their new roles. Sin expressed his excitement about VIRTUE’s reputation for experimentation and innovation, stating, “I look forward to collaborating with a team that values diverse thought and is committed to building brands that resonate with culture.” Lee added, “VIRTUE’s strategic approach aligns with my philosophy of immersing in culture to inspire and inform. I am eager to contribute my passion for pop culture and brand building to a place that values unconventional thinking and interdisciplinary collaboration.”

These appointments underscore VIRTUE’s commitment to pushing creative boundaries and delivering impactful, culturally resonant work on a global scale.
