MullenLowe’s Karen Coleman Takes On Role as Country Manager at VaynerMedia

Karen Coleman has been named the new Country Manager for Australia at VaynerMedia Asia Pacific, succeeding Amy Bradshaw. With over 20 years of experience across B2B and B2C sectors in tech, FMCG, and e-commerce, Coleman brings a wealth of expertise to this role. Before joining VaynerMedia, she served as the Managing Director at 303 MullenLowe and has a distinguished 17-year tenure at the Next15 Group.

Coleman’s appointment signals a strategic move for VaynerMedia, the world’s largest independent creative and media agency founded by Gary Vaynerchuk. In her new role, she will be responsible for driving the agency’s growth and expanding its portfolio in the ANZ region. Coleman aims to enhance VaynerMedia’s social-at-the-centre approach, focusing on delivering visibility and measurable ROI for brands.

Tim Lindley, Managing Director APAC, expressed enthusiasm about Coleman’s appointment, noting her remarkable energy, passion, and innovative ideas. “Karen’s sharp commercial acumen and commitment to nurturing talent are invaluable assets. We’re excited to have her lead VaynerMedia Australia through its next growth phase,” Lindley said.

Coleman, drawn to VaynerMedia’s audience-first and culture-driven approach, is eager to build on the agency’s recent successes and continue its momentum. “I look forward to leading the team and advancing our unique strategies in the ANZ region,” Coleman stated.

Her leadership comes at a pivotal time as VaynerMedia Australia has seen significant growth and success over the past three years, working with prominent brands like PepsiCo ANZ, SharkNinja, and Carlton & United Breweries.
