To mark the 40th anniversary of Wham!’s iconic holiday anthem “Last Christmas,” Albert Heijn, the Netherlands’ largest supermarket chain, has launched a special Christmas commercial. The ad recreates memorable scenes from the famous music video, paying homage to the beloved song and its lasting impact.

The campaign features Harry the Hamster, Albert Heijn’s mascot, who takes center stage in a fun and creative twist on the original video. In addition, the commercial includes a cameo by Andrew Ridgeley, co-founder of Wham!, which adds an authentic connection to the song’s legacy.
